1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

To access the full features of jili889, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) jili889 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jili889 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili889 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jili889 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification: jili889 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Ownership: Your jili889 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

jili889 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The following payment methods are not accepted by jili889 and must not be used to fund your account:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset)
• Credit cards (credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not permitted under Philippine regulations)

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction. jili889 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals.

5Bonuses & Promotions

jili889 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the jili889 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jili889 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jili889.

The jili889 name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jili889. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any jili889 trademark, trade name, or logo without jili889's prior written approval.

jili889's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili889 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jili889 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jili889 is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• jili889 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

11Responsible Gaming

Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

13Amendments

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
